A trip to the local Chinese restaurant convinces Carlos that egg rolls and chow mein are much tastier that plain old beans, rice, and tortillas. As soon as school lets out for the summer, Carlos decides that he is going to dig a hole straight through the earth to China so that he can eat Chinese food all the time.
