All About Me:
A Keepsake Journal for Kids

Sometimes the most difficult thing about keeping a journal, especially for children, is deciding what to write about. All About Me remedies this problem with "thought-starters" such as "What qualities do you look for in a friend?" "List five things that make you happy" and "What was your first day of school like this year?" The thought-starters are atop lined pages, interlaced with several blank pages for drawing. The journal also features nineteen full-color illustrations from some of Rising Moon's most celebrated children's picture books, including The Three Little Javelinas and The Tortoise and the Jackrabbit, illustrated by Jim Harris; It Rained on the Desert Today and Building a Bridge, illustrated by Libba Tracy; and Sunpainters, illustrated by Baje Whitethorne.

All About Me may be used across a wide range of age groups. Older children can use the journal on their own, while parents can help younger children who are just learning to read and write by reading the thought-starters aloud and recording their child's answers.
